Welcome to the For Better Health website. I created this site after losing a lot of weight and when I say a lot of weight, I mean an awful lot of weight. Having been category II obese for many years, I knew that unless I really got control of my eating I would just keep getting bigger and bigger. For me I was eating healthily a lot of the time but with a sedentary job and one too many binges, it was taking its toll on my body.
